Hello! My name is Fletcher and I am a nursing student who would like to do part-time caregiving on Orcas. I am still in school so my schedule is limited but please give me a call if you need part time assistance.
My primary goal is to provide compassionate care and comfort with dignity and respect. I have been told that I have a very good bedside manner. I have been described as patient, adaptable and methodical in addition to warm, friendly and empathetic. I'm hoping to put my experience to good use while also having opportunities to expand my skill set while remaining humble and attentive.

-grocery shopping with attention to dietary preferences and restrictions
-cooking and meal preparation
-assisting with eating
-glucose/blood sugar checks
-basic medication assistance
(organize, remind and aid in taking)
-knowledge of common pharmaceutical classes, indications, side effects, adverse effects to watch out for and expected outcomes, as well as vitals to monitor before and after administration
-taking and keeping record of vitals
-assisting with organization of paperwork and schedules
-updating careteam and family

-light cleaning
-laundry, folding, etc
-bathing/toileting/hygiene
-mobility assistance
-assist with home exercises
-transportation to doctor, social events, other
-picking up mail
-pet care/sitting
